Scheduling Information

Our office only provides mediation services. We do not offer services for non-binding arbitrations.

Mediation services are booked in half-day or full-day increments.
Half-day mediations go from either 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, unless extended by agreement of the participants.
Full-day mediations go from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, unless extended by agreement of the participants.
Reserve enough time. For cases with high-risk exposure, multiple parties, coverage issues or other complexities, it is often advantageous to reserve a full day. Having sufficient time to address and navigate through issues and negotiations increases the chances of reaching a favorable settlement.

Select a date acceptable to all parties and submit a request.
Troy will respond no later than the end of the following business day whether he is able to accept and book this request.

You will receive a Mediation Confirmation and a request for the Notice of Mediation.
You will receive an Engagement Agreement and Zoom link prior to mediation.
Submit any materials you want reviewed before mediation at least 10 days in advance.

All mediations will be conducted via Zoom unless otherwise indicated at the time of scheduling.
In-person mediations occur at one of the lawyers’ offices, a court reporter’s office, or other agreed-upon location.
